It all started in Jamaica three decades ago at the  Mico College Saturday's baking class. Her first Christmas fruit cake was shared with the next door neighbours and the review was astounding. Since then she believed that this was a gift from God and continued to bake different treats and cakes. Her cakes are moist, bake to perfection, tailor made to perfection.
