I started baking in Jamaica in the late1990's at Mico College Saturday's baking class. My first christmas fruit cake was shared with my next door neighbors and the review was astounding. Since then I believed that this was my gift from God and continued to bake different treats and cakes. It was a struggle at first but I was determined to persevere through the difficult times of not making enough sales, and also to correct any mistakes because it's the only way to perfect my craft. My cakes and treats have been a blessing to many who have tasted them over the years; and for those of you who have not yet tasted, I implore you to come ''buy and taste'' and you will not be disappointed.
